I've decided that it's probably about time to start filling up my HoM. So I bought EotN, but now, I have no idea how to start it. I was told by my friend that there's someone in Lion's Arch and Kamadan that gives you a quest, but I've looked all over both, and I don't see anyone. How do I start the campaign?

Talk to Len Caldoron in Lion's Arch to get the "What Lies Beneath" quest.
OR
Talk to the Minister of Maintenance Raiugyon in Kaineng Center to get the "I Feel the Earth Move Under Cantha's Feet" quest.
ORRRrrr
Talk to Bendah in Kamadan to get the "Hole of Istan" quest.

All of those quests open EOTN for you.

Len Caldoron isn't offering the quest.

Either you've done the quest already (doubtful), or you've not added the key correctly. Either way, if Len isn't offering the quest you should talk to NCSoft to get some tech support.

You need to be level 10, and you need to have added Eye of the North to your existing account. If both those are true then no idea, sry.
